We pride ourselves on our interviewing skills and because we have conducted over 500 interviews (we have lost count exactly how many!) we understand what makes a person feel comfortable and open so are able to get the very best out of the interviewee.

We are also very aware that some people may feel uncomfortable under lights but as very experienced lighting camera operators we are able to film creatively and professionally always making sure interviewees are comfortable. We have a wide range of professional lights and cameras that are able to accommodate any situation and get great results.

Making sure quality is maintained is of the utmost importance. Our priority is customer satisfaction therefore quality control is vital. We provide our customers with an excellent service and produce films which meet and exceed their expectations. We have a quality assurance policy in place, which is included in the staff handbook because although the Managing Directors are ultimately responsible for product quality, all associates take professional responsibility for the quality of the service or product they provide.
